Doctor (MBBS)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Doctor with an MBBS degree and experience to join our healthcare team. The candidate should possess a strong foundation in clinical care, effective communication skills, and the ability to provide compassionate patient-centered treatment. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including patient history and physical examinations.
- Diagnose medical conditions, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
- Develop and execute treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide necessary interventions.
- Clinical Support: Collaborate with senior medical staff to discuss cases, seek guidance, and contribute to treatment strategies.
- Provide medical support to nursing staff, ensuring coordinated patient care and accurate administration of treatments.
- Communication and Education: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnosis, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Educate patients on preventive measures, lifestyle modifications, and medication instructions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records, recording patient history, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Complete medical documentation in a timely and organized manner.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the facility, providing initial assessment and stabilizing interventions.
- Collaborate with emergency teams to ensure seamless patient care during critical situations.
- Ethical Practice: Uphold medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and legal regulations in all clinical interactions.
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and integrity in patient care.
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- (Eligibility Letter or DHA License - DUBAI)
- Strong clinical acumen and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
