    Requirements:

    • Experience in home health or a related field is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
    • Flexibility for shifts and adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules.
    • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
    •  DHA & MOH Approved.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients in their homes.
    • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
    • Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to medications or treatments.
    • Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions, medications, and treatments.
    • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
    • Communicate regularly with the patient’s physician to ensure continuity of care.
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
    • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
    • Overall, a home care nurse plays an important role in the healthcare system by providing personalized care to patients in their own homes. The position requires a high level of skill, dedication, and compassion to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. Nurse, DHA & MOH Approved
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in time-sensitive situations.
    • Proficient in using electronic medical records systems.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Compassion and patient-focused mindset.
